Rehabilitation and Bodywork
We will spend time focusing on stretching and mobility. These sessions are ideal for addressing mobility issues or areas of pain. Through personalized techniques, I help enhance your movement, reduce discomfort, and improve overall physical function, allowing you to enjoy a more active, pain-free life.
